How to find the right spare part
The fastest way to get the correct part is to search by the number printed on the part itself, or by your appliance model number. Here is where to look on each appliance.
Where the model number is printed
- Washing machine — on a sticker inside the door rim, on the rear panel, or under the lid on top-load machines.
- Refrigerator — on a label inside the fridge compartment, usually on the side wall or above the vegetable tray.
- Air conditioner — on the right side of the indoor unit behind the front flap, and on the outdoor unit nameplate.
- RO water purifier — on a sticker on the back or base of the unit.
- Microwave oven — on a label inside the door frame or on the rear panel.
- Geyser — on the nameplate near the inlet and outlet pipes.
- Mixer grinder — on the base of the motor housing.
- Chimney — on the inner surface behind the filters.
Searching by OEM part number
If the old part is out of the appliance, look for a number stamped, printed or moulded onto its body. This is the OEM part number and it is the most reliable way to match a replacement. Enter it directly into the search bar at the top of any page.
