Returns and warranty
Warranty
Warranty periods vary by part type and are stated on each product page. Typical cover:
- Compressors and motors — up to 12 months
- Mechanical parts, pumps and filters — 3 to 6 months
- Electronic boards (PCB) and electrical components — 3 months
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation, voltage fluctuation, water ingress, physical damage or normal wear.
Dead on arrival
If a part is faulty out of the box, report it within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing or testing video. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Wrong part received
If we shipped the wrong item, we cover return freight and send the correct part at no extra cost. Report within 7 days of delivery.
Returns for change of mind
Unused parts in original, unopened packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return freight is borne by the buyer. Electrical and electronic components cannot be returned once installed or once the packaging seal is broken.
How to raise a claim
Contact us with your order number, the part number and photos or a video of the issue. Claims are usually resolved within 3 working days.
