Shipping and delivery
Dispatch time
Orders for in-stock parts are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Parts that need to be sourced take longer — we will tell you the expected date before confirming the order.
Delivery time
Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days
- Other cities and towns — 4 to 7 working days
- Remote and North-East locations — 7 to 10 working days
Tracking
A tracking number is shared by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order is handed to the courier.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Heavy items such as compressors, motors and drums carry higher freight. Bulk and dealer orders may qualify for freight-free dispatch — ask us before ordering.
Damaged in transit
Inspect the package before accepting it. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, refuse delivery or record an unboxing video, and contact us within 24 hours so we can raise a claim.
